Nicolás Moreno is a Food Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in food product development, trials, pilots, scale-up and production processes.
He works with entrepreneurs and startups, food companies and manufacturers, and leads the technical work personally: from defining the challenge, through formulation and ingredients, to process, equipment, pilot and transfer to the manufacturer.
Trials and pilots take place at suitable external facilities or at the manufacturing partner, depending on the project and the equipment available. When needed, specialists in regulation, packaging, equipment and design join the work.
The goal: a product that works on the production line, not only in a trial.
